Our Approach

Growing up in a rural area of Brazil taught me resilience, creativity, and responsibility from a very young age. On the farm, when something broke, there was no one to call and no hardware store around the corner. We had to figure things out ourselves and make them work.

That environment shaped the way I think and work to this day. I approach every project with a problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership. Construction, for me, is not just about building— it’s about creating solutions and making the process smooth and predictable for the homeowner.

I built Marco Polo Home Builder around the values I grew up with: responsibility, practical thinking, and respect for people’s homes. My goal is to provide clients with a calm, organized, and reliable construction experience from the first meeting to the final walk-through.
